I understand that volleyball activities involve physical movement, running, jumping, and other actions that may result in injury. I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in this camp. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Lady Vol Boost Her Club, its coaches, staff, volunteers, athletes, affiliates, and host facilities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during the camp. I understand that I am responsible for my child’s medical coverage and expenses. *

I understand that all registration fees are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or schedule conflicts. Registrations may be transferred to another participant only with written approval from the Lady Vol Boost Her Club. If the event is canceled by organizers, a full refund will be issued. *
